Federico (Rico) Vega (Orlando)

Federico (Rico) Vega joined Yoga for Business in March to bring our programming to residents in the Orlando areas.Rico brings a wealth of experience working with seniors and is a professional salsa dancer. We are delighted to have him on our team.

 

Paco Arroyo (NYC)

Paco Arroyo was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and at age 13 began studying ballet. Later, he came to New York City under scholarship at the School of American Ballet and then at 17 joined the Zurich Ballet (Switzerland), where he danced for four years. Afterward, he danced through-out Europe for the Florence Ballet (Italy), Ballet du Capitole in Tolouse (France), Ballet del Gran Teatro Del Liceo in Barcelona (Spain), and The Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon (Portugal). During his career as a dancer, he toured extensively in other European countries, Central and South America, and the Carribean. He has lived in San Francisco and New York City, where he has resided since 2001. Paco has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Puerto Rico and joined the staff of Yomenco in 2009 where he enjoys teaching.

 

Aaron Barnes (Tampa)

photo We are delighted to have Aaron Barnes join us as a Yomenco teacher in the Tampa Bay Metro Area. Aaron is a compassionate and warm individual who connects immediately with all around him. He uses his love of dance and empathy to motivate the elderly and those facing mental and physical challenges. His experience includes dancing, personal training and running a successful business. We are glad the Aaron decided to escape the brutal winters of Michigan and settle in the Tampa area.

 

Timothy Schweiger (Jacksonville)


Timothy Schweiger has been dancing ballroom for over 10 years now. Throughout the years he has been an competitor in national competitions and been a dance instructor in Orlando, Florida. He has continued to dance as a passion for the fun and enjoyment of the activity and loves working with people of all ages.

 

Charles Baumgartner (Melbourne, FL)

We are delighted to have Charles who is a talented musician and entertainer teach Yomenco classes.

Charles makes his own Peruvian flutes from kitchen cabinets. In addition to his passion for dance he plays the flute, classical guitar and drums.

Charles is a very warm compassionate and caring professional who sees the healing power of music.

 

 

Emilio Vega (Raleigh, NC)

Emilio Vega is a native of Jacksonville, NC. An active performer since childhood, he is no stranger to the spotlight. However, during his time at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, he took on an active “behind the scenes” role. He graduated cum laude in 2010 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Costume Design and Technology, following a semester abroad in Wales and leading into an internship at the historic Theatre-by-the-Sea.

 

Ryan Astheimer (Charlotte, NC/ Rock Hill, SC)

Ryan is an energetic and compassionate Yoga instructor with a love of music and dance.

He is excited to join the team to teach Yomenco classes in the Charlotte NC metro region.

DeShon Rollins (Richmond/VA Beach)

Richmond/VA Beach

DeShon Rollins is an energetic compassionate and talented dancer from Southampton County.

He is an alumnus of Virginia State University and has been involved in the performing arts since a young age.

He is excited to join the Yomenco team.
